How I can help
Make insulin therapy work better for you.
The goal is a treatment plan that is clinically sound, understandable, and realistic enough to use every day.
01Insulin therapy that fits you
In Idaho, pharmacists can prescribe. When clinically appropriate, I can prescribe and adjust insulin so your plan matches your preferences, abilities, meals, and daily routine—not force you into a system that does not work for you.
02A dosing method you can use
We can use carbohydrate counting, insulin-to-carb ratios, correction factor, sliding scale, or fixed mealtime doses based on what feels realistic and manageable for you.
03Clarity about your diagnosis
When the type of diabetes is unclear, I can evaluate the full clinical picture and use appropriate testing—including pancreatic autoantibodies and C-peptide when indicated—to help distinguish type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and LADA.
